What the MSP Titans Recognition Means
The MSP Titans of the Industry Awards recognize managed service providers nationwide for their work, leadership, and impact in the IT industry.
This year brought the most applications in the program’s history, making finalist selection especially meaningful. Sovran was selected in the Woman Owned / Led category, which specifically recognizes women-owned or women-led MSPs and the role their leaders play in moving the industry forward.
For us, the recognition is another reminder that strong leadership is not only about technology. It is also about building a strong team, creating trusted client relationships, and making thoughtful decisions about how a business grows.
A Long History of Women in Leadership
Women have played an important role in Sovran’s leadership for decades.
Lisa Loken has been the majority owner of Sovran since 2002 after becoming a partner in 1998. Today, Traci Leffner serves as President and continues to lead Sovran, focusing on client relationships, practical technology planning, and building a business that can adapt as technology changes.
That leadership has shaped how we work with clients.
