Mitchell Gram
Mitchell Gram serves as the Vice President of Professional Services for Sovran. In this role he oversees corporate strategy, selection of supported products offered by Sovran to its customers, Sovran’s sales and project based engineering services team, and delivery of Sovran’s ongoing technology education seminar series.
Mr. Gram has over 25 years of technology experience starting with semi-conductor equipment engineering and software development with Sperry Univac in the early 80s’. He was Vice President of Operations for Fargo Electronics, responsible for IT, Sales Engineering, Field Service, Customer Service, and manufacturing at domestic and foreign locations over a period of 10 years. Mitch worked briefly for Marprint / Lowry Computer Corp in sales and product development of bakery ingredient labeling solutions. He joined ESI Communications (acquired by McLeodUSA in 1998) as Vice President of Operations and was responsible for the operations of the business telecommunications equipment division, CLEC order management and provisioning, and EDI order processing with regional LECs. He joined Sovran in April of 2002.
Mr. Gram holds an EE degree from Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo Iowa, a BS in Management from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee Wisconsin, as well as numerous IT industry certifications.
